Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou daně z přidané hodnoty v oblasti zdravotnictví. Pro konkrétní společnost je zpracován návrh členění přijatých zdanitelných plnění dle toho, ke kterému plnění se nárok na odpočet vztahuje a dle kterého je možné uplatnit nárok na odpočet v plné nebo zkrácené výši nebo nelze uplatnit vůbec. Abstract:
This thesis deals with value-added tax on healthcare. For a specific company is prepared dial proposal received taxable transactions accordingly to which performance shall be entitled to deduct and apply according to which it is possible to claim a deduction in full or reduced amount, or not applicable. The company can maximize the asserted right to deduct in accordance with applicable law.
