Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zpracování strategického plánu pro vybranou neziskovou organizaci. V první části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o neziskovém sektoru v České republice a také proces strategického plánování. Na základě veřejně přístupných dat jsou v druhé části práce postupně zkoumány interní a externí faktory působící na neziskovou organizaci. V rámci analýz je použita PEST analýza, modifikovaný Porterův model konkurenčních sil a shrnující SWOT analýza. K určení strategické pozice jsou použity hodnotící matice IFE a EFE. Výsledkem je doporučená strategie, která je doplněna o akční plán vedoucí k naplnění stanovených cílů organizace.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to prepare a strategic plan of nonprofit organization. The first part of this thesis summarizes theoretical knowledge about the nonprofit sector of the Czech Republic and describes strategic planning. Based on publicly available data, internal and external factors affecting the nonprofit organization are gradually examined in the second part of the thesis. Within the analyzes, PEST analysis, modified Porter’s Forces Framework and summarizing SWOT analysis are used. IFE and EFE matrices, which evaluate internal and external environment and are based on SWOT analysis, are used to determine the strategic position. Finally, the result is a recommended strategy, which is complemented by an action plan to achieve the organization’s objectives.
