Tvorba standardů v ergoterapii u klientů s míšní lézí

The creation of the standard for the new working position in the healthcare facility

Abstract:

Diplomová práce byla věnována ergoterapeutickým standardům, kterých je v České republice nedostatek. Jejich tvorba a následná implementace do praxe by však mohla pozitivně ovlivnit dosavadní situaci české ergoterapie. Cílem práce byl návrh standardu pro nově vznikající pracovní pozici v existujícím zařízení. Pozice byla konkretizována na ergoterapeutickou odbornost. Návrh standardu byl uveden na příkladu ergoterapeutické intervence u klientů s míšním poraněním (pozdní fáze rehabilitace). Praktická část započala dotazníkovým šetřením. Dotazník pro laickou veřejnost měl však nedostatečný počet dat, nebyl tedy do práce zařazen. Dotazník pro odbornou veřejnost nebyl vhodně sestaven. Zásadní chybou byla absence otázek zaměřující se na problematiku standardů a též nebyl do diplomové práce zařazen. Následně byl vytvořen dotazník, určený pouze pro pracující ergoterapeuty, na jeho základě byly stanoveny tři hypotézy. Ve všech případech došlo k potvrzení závislosti vytyčených vztahů. Dále byl proveden rozhovor se zařízením, které bylo nakloněno k vytvoření nového pracovního místa na pozici ergoterapeuta. V návaznosti na to, následoval návrh ergoterapeutického standardu u klientů s míšním poraněním. Návrh byl ukončen sestavením pilotní verzí standardu. Pro tvorbu standardu byla zvolena metoda DySSSy. Další variantou by mohla být Delphi metoda. Budoucí studie by mohly tyto dvě metody porovnat a zhodnotit, která z nich by byla pro tvorbu standardů vhodnější.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis was focused on occupational therapy standards, that are in short supply in the Czech Republic. However, their creation and then implementation into practice could had positively affect on the current situation of Czech occupational therapy. The aim of the work was to designe ofa standard for a newly job creation in an existing facility. The position was specified for occupational therapy expertise. The designe standard was presented on the example of occupational therapy intervention for clients with spinal cord injury (late phase of rehabilitation). The practical part began with a questionnaire survey. However, the questionnaire for the general public had insufficient data, so it was not included in the work. The questionnaire for the professional public was not exactly compiled. The main mistake was the absence of questions focusing on the issue of standards and also was not implemented in the thesis. Subsequently, a questionnaire was created, intended only for working occupational therapists, based on that three hypotheses were write. In all cases, the dependence of the relationships was confirmed. Furthermore, an interview was conducted with the workplace, that was the only one would like to create a new job as an occupational therapist. Following this, was made a design of standard for an occupational therapy of clients with spinal cord injury followed. The design was completed by a pilot version of the standard. The DySSSy method was chosen to create the standard. Another variant could be the Delphi method. Future studies could compare the two methods and evaluate, which one could had more appropriate for the creation of standards.
