Diplomová práce je věnovaná vlivům vzorků včelích produktů a také laboratorně připravenému extraktu na přežívání a tvorbu biofilmů bakterií rodu Arcobacter. Studie se zabývá především vlivem několika různých vzorků medů, ale také vzorkem mateří kašičky a propolisu. Antimikrobiální účinky a vliv na biofilmovou aktivitu byl sledován v případě několika kmenů Arcobacter spp. v porovnání s modelovou bakterií …more
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is devoted to the effects of bee products samples and laboratory ctreated extracts on the survival and biofilm formation of Arobacter spp. The thesis mainly focuses on the effects of several different honey samples, but also pays attention to the effects of royal jelly and propolis samples.
