Information system of service-produciton joinery plant
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá teoretickým i praktickým návrhem informačního systému. V teoretické části je popsaná metodika MMDIS, shrnutí a postup při komunikaci se zákazníkem a obecné podmínky pro zapojení EPR systému. Dále se pracuje s analýzou informačních potřeb truhlářské provozovny, popis procesů pomocí jednotlivých diagramů a návrh o zefektivnění stávajících procesů ve firmě.
Abstract:
This work focuses on theoretical and practical design of information system. The theoretical part describes the methodology MMDIS, summary and procedure for communicating with customers and the general conditions for the involvement of the EPR system.
