Diplomová práce je zaměřena na osobní dopravu v regionu Jesenicko. V první části je objasněna teorie marketingu, marketingových průzkumů a základní pojmy. V druhé části je popsána charakteristika Jesenicka a stav osobní dopravy v regionu. The diploma paper is focused on passenger services in the Jesenicko region. In the first part is explained the theory of marketing, marketing researches and basic concepts. The second part is based on Jesenicko regional label and on the state of passenger services in the region.
