Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi vzdělávání a kultury, které poskytuje obyvatelům Mladé Boleslavi automobilka Škoda Auto a. s.. Stručně charakterizuje město Mladá Boleslav od historie až po současnost. Popisuje současný stav školství, kulturního vyžití a životní úroveň občanů Mladé Boleslavi. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se na těchto faktorech podílí automobilka Škoda Auto a. s.. Je zde uvedena historie firmy, ale především její vliv na obyvatele ve sféře školství a kultury. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkumné šetření na základě explorativní metody, nástrojem je dotazník,který byl rozdán 160 občanům Mladé Boleslavi

Abstract:

This work deals with the possibilities of education and culture, which provides residents Mlada Boleslav Skoda Auto. Briefly characterizes the city of Mlada Boleslav from history to the present. Describes the current state of education, cultural opportunities and living standards of citizens of Mlada Boleslav. The aim is to determine how these factors contribute to Skoda Auto. The history of the company listed here, but also its impact on residents in the area of education and culture. The practical part includes quantitative research based on an exploratory method, a tool is a questionnaire the was distributed to 160 citizens of Mlada Boleslav.
