Diplomová práce „Náhrada nemajetkové újmy v pracovním právu“ se zabývá nároky na náhradu nemajetkové újmy z pracovněprávních vztahů. V práci jsou nastíněny základní pojmy a instituty dané problematiky. Stěžejní část práce se zaměřuje na náhradu nemajetkové újmy způsobené zaměstnanci v důsledku pracovního úrazu a nemoci z povolání a povinnost zaměstnavatele k náhradě takové újmy. The diploma thesis "Compensation of Immaterial Damages in Labour Law" deals with claims for compensation of immaterial damages in labour-law relationships.
