Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickým dopadem insolvenčního řízení na věřitele, kteří podnikají v oblasti dopravy, peněžnictví a pojišťovnictví. Na začátku této práce budou uvedeny pojmy, které souvisí s problematikou insolvenčního řízení. This bachelor thesis deals with the economic impact of insolvency proceedings on creditors who do business in the field of transport, finance, and insurance. At the beginning of this work, concepts related to the issues of insolvency proceedings will be introduced.
