Appraisement of real estates based on administrative and market principals
Abstract:
V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti oceňování nemovitostí. V praktické části je nejprve zanalyzován trh nemovitostí na Praze 12. Dále je oceněna daná nemovitost administrativním způsobem, poté způsobem tržním a v závěru jsou výsledky porovnány.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part there are explained the basic terms of appraisement of real estates. In the practical part, at first the real estate market of Prague 12 is analysed. After that it is a given real estate appraised by administrative and trade market principals. At the close of the paper results are compared.
