Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je analýza kompetencí osobní asistentů. Diplomová práce vymezuje obecné pojetí osobní asistence, sociální systém české republiky. Objasňuje pojmy týkající se kompetenčních možností, komunikačního systému, profesionality osobních asistentů v přímé péči s klienty ve vybraných sociíálních službách.
Abstract:
The topic of diploma is analysis of competences of personal assistance. The diploma thesis defines the general concept of personal assistance in social system of Czech Republic. It brings up terms concerned to quality possibilities, the system of communication, the professional opinions of personal assistants in daily contact with users of selected social services.
