Systémová biologie zahrnuje výzkum genetických regulací a biochemických interakcí mezi molekulami uvnitř buňky. Systems biology includes the study of genetic regulation and biochemical interaction of molecules inside a cell. We focus on deterministic modeling of such processes, where the model is given as a system of differential equations (ODEs) or a hybrid system with dynamics given as a set of systems of ODEs.
