Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat výkony benchmarkingového měření šesti vybraných knihoven skupiny „Městské a obecní knihovny s obsluhovanou populací 5 001 až 10 000 obyvatel“ v průběhu pěti let a zaměřit se na ukazatele, které souvisejí s poskytováním služeb. The aim of the bachelor work is to compare the results of the benchmarking measuring at six chosen libraries of the groups "Municipal library with services for the population 5001 – 10 000 inhabitants" during 5 years and to focus on the indicators regarding to providing of services.
