Anotácia:

Tato práce se zabývá Internetovou komunikací. Jsou v ní popsány druhy internetové komunikace a nástroje, které jsou k nim zapotřebí. Jsou zde zmíněny jak klady, tak i zápory a další úskalí, která internet postihují. Seznámíme se novými technikami internetové komunikace, s novými programy, díky kterým můžeme komunikovat, ale připomeneme si i staré známé metody. V praktické části rozebereme dotazník, který se zajímá o to, kolik času lidé tráví na internetu, a zda vidí přínos v sociální síti Facebook. Rovněž se dozvíme, jak dopadly průzkumy ostatních firem, které se zajímalo například i to, jak se děti na internetu chovají.

Abstract:

This work deals with Internet communication. It describes the types of Internet communication and the tools that are needed for them. The thesis mentions both pros and cons, as well as other pitfalls that affect the Internet. I examine new internet communication techniques, new programmes through which we can communicate but I also mention the old well-known methods. In the practical part I analyze the questionnaire which relates to the fact how much time people spend online and whether they see any benefits in the social network Facebook. The thesis also shows the results of surveys carried out by other companies that were interested in such matters as how children behave on the Internet.
