The Transformation of Social Serices in Protected Housing in the Town of Děčín from the View of Family Members

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá transformací pobytových sociálních služeb a jejího vnímání z pohledu rodinných příslušníků klientů chráněného bydlení. Cílem práce je zjistit pohled rodinných příslušníků a jaké změny s sebou transformace přinesla. Práce je dělena do několika kapitol, z nichž první kapitola se věnuje sociálním službám v České republice, zaměřující se především na lidi se zdravotním nebo mentálním postižením, dále je blíže specifikována osoba s mentálním postižením. V teoretické části vymezíme rozdílnost ústavní a komunitní péčí. Kapitola týkající se transformace nám přiblíží samotný proces a následný výsledek. Metodologická část je věnována především výzkumu a naplnění cíle. Kvalitativní výzkum dal možnost odhalit pohled na nově vzniklou sociální službu chráněné bydlení pohledem rodinných příslušníků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the transformation of the residential social services and its perception from the point of view of family members of the protected housing clients. The aim of the thesis is to find out the views of family members and what changes the transformation brought with it. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The first chapter deals with the social services in the Czech Republic, focusing primarily on people with health or mental disabilities, then there is a closer specification of an individual with a mental disabilities. In the theoretical part, we define the difference between constitutional and community care. The chapter focusing on transformation is zooming on the process itself and the consequent result. The methodological part is mainly devoted to the research and the goal fulfillment. Qualitative research has made it possible to reveal the view of the newly created social service of protective housing from the view of family members.
