Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce, je zaměření se na platební podmínku v mezinárodní kupní smlouvě. V první kapitole se zaměřuji na teoretický rozbor povinnosti platit dle Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Další kapitoly se zaměřují na popis jednotlivých platebních podmínek. The main objective of this thesis is to focus on the condition of payment in international sales contract. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical analysis of obligations pay according to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
