Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá povinnostmi vojáků z povolání vyplývajícími z jejich služebního poměru a analýzou vojenského kázeňského práva. This diploma thesis deals with duties of professional soldiers, which ensue from their service relationship and with the analysis of military discipline law. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the sanctions for disciplinary offense, to find shortcomings of current legislation and to suggest possible changes de lege ferenda.
