Neurogeneze je proces, při kterém jsou generovány nové neurální buňky. Cílem této předkládané práce je snaha ověřit, jestli do procesu neurogeneze mohou zasahovat i látky, které mění intracelulární redoxní status buňky. Neurogenesis is a process during which new neural structures are generated. The goal of this thesis is to explore the role of some substances, which can change intracellular redox status of the cell. An experimental part is based on cultivation of mouse neural progenitor cells in vitro and consequent analysis using various methods, such as Western Blott.
