Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku psychického teroru na pracovišti ? mobbing a bossing. Teoretická část nabízí seznámení s problematikou psychického teroru na pracovišti. Je rozdělena do tří kapitol, které se zabývají vymezením pojmů mobbing, bossing a firemní klima. Jsou zde popsány znaky, cíle, příčiny, motivy, reakce obětí, důsledky, prevence a obrana proti mobbingu a bossingu. Dále je zde vymezen pojem firemní klima ve smyslu atmosféry na pracovišti nahrávající mobbingu a bossingu. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, který se zabývá vznikem, průběhem a zvládáním mobbingu a bossingu u vybraných respondentů. Stěžejní částí výzkumu jsou čtyři případové studie obětí mobbingu a bossingu. Studie ukazují charakteristiku zkouma-ných obětí, charakteristiku organizace, kde se s mobbingem nebo bossingem potýkali, vznik, průběh, vývoj, zlomový okamžik v jejich situaci a také to, jak se snažili situaci řešit a jaké mají plány do budoucna.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the psychological terror at work - mobbing and bossing. The theoretical part provides the introduction to the issue of psychological terror in the workplace. It is divided into three chapters, which deal with defining the concepts of mobbing, bossing, and business climate. There are described characters, goals, causes, motives, reactions of victims, consequences, prevention and defense against mobbing and bossing. Furthermore, there is a definition of business climate in the sense of the atmosphere in the workplace supporting mobbing and bossing. The practical part is focused on qualitative research, which deals with the development, course and managing of mobbing and bossing by selected respondents. Core part of the research are four case studies of victims of mobbing and bossing. The case studies show the characteristics of victims surveyed, the characteristics of the organization, where they faced to mobbing and bossing, origin, development, a turning point in their situation and how they tried to resolve the situation and what are their future plans.
