Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce jsou multidisciplinární týmy v psychiatrické péči. Předkládaná práce je zaměřená na transformační proces psychiatrické péče v Psychiatrické nemocnici v Opavě. Záměrem diplomové práce je hlouběji porozumět a zmapovat práci členů Multidisciplinárního terénního týmu, který vznikl na základě Dohody o spolupráci mezi Psychiatrickou nemocnici v Opavě a Fokusem z.s. Opava. Cílem teoretické části práce bylo popsat základní pojmy, koncepty a teoretická východiska výzkumu, relevantní k tématu diplomové práce, analyzovat stávající situaci v oblasti zkoumaného problému, kterým je reforma psychiatrické péče v České republice a analyzovat multidisciplinární tým v psychiatrické péči. Výzkumná část navazuje na teoretické poznatky. Ve vztahu ke zkoumané problematice byla pro zpracování cílů diplomové práce zvolena metoda kvalitativní výzkumná strategie případová studie společně s analýzou dokumentů organizace a polostrukturovanými rozhovory. Cílem výzkumné části práce bylo analyzovat transformační proces psychiatrické péče v Psychiatrické nemocnici v Opavě. Dále pak zmapovat práci Multidisciplinárního terénního týmu.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis are multidisciplinary teams in psychiatric care. The presented work is focused on the transformation process of psychiatric care in Opava Psychiatric Hospital. The aim of this thesis is to understand and map the work of members of the Multidisciplinary Field Team, which was created on the basis of the Cooperation Agreement between the Psychiatric Hospital in Opava and Fokus z.s. Opava. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to describe the basic concepts, concepts and theoretical background of the research, relevant to the topic of the thesis, to analyze the current situation in the area of the examined problem is a reform of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic and analyze a multidisciplinary team in psychiatric care. The research part builds on theoretical knowledge. In relationship the method of qualitative research strategy, case study together with the analysis of the organization's documents and semi-structured interviews, was chosen for the purpose of the thesis. The aim of the research part was to analyze the transformation process of psychiatric care in Opava Psychiatric Hospital. Further then map the work of the Multidisciplinary Field Team.
