Employee benefits in chosen organisation
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity, které velmi ovlivňují pracovní nabídku a poptávku po práci nejen v České republice. V teoretické části jsou vypsány aktuální trendy nabízených benefitů na trhu. Zkoumaným jevem v praktické částí je pohled zaměstnanců na nabídku benefitů, dostupnost informací o nich a jejich spokojenost v porovnání s konkurencí a trendem.
Abstract:
Bachalor thesis is about employees benefit wich influence the offer and demand of work these days not only in Czech republic. In teoretical part of work there are written trends of offered benefits on the market. The examined phenomen in practical part is the view of the employees on the benefit offer, availability of information and their satisfaction in compare with competition and trend.
