Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zdravotních komplikací spojených s příjmem laktózy a mléka ve stravě. Je popsán rozdíl mezi intolerancí laktózy a alergií na bílkovinu kravského mléka, které jsou často zaměňovány. Jsou popsány příčiny a příznaky obou stavů a jsou uvedeny alternativní potraviny pro pacienty trpící těmito nemocemi.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is focused on problems of health complications associated with income of lactose and milk in nutrition. It describes the difference between lactose intolerance and milk allergy, which are often confused. They describe the causes and symptoms of both conditions and are given alternative foods for patients suffering from these diseases.
