Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku Employer Brandingu. Práce definuje pojmy HR marketing a Employer Branding. Zaměřuje se na možnosti propagace a samotné přínosy Employer Brandingu. Dále se zabývá interní komunikací prostřednictvím firemního časopisu ŠKODA Mobil a přináší návrhy na jeho zlepšení.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on problematic of Employer branding. The thesis defines terms HR marketing and employer branding. It focuses on the means of promotion and the benefits of employer branding itself. It also deals with internal communication through the corporate magazine ŠKODA Mobil and it also brings suggestion of its improvement.
