Cieľom bakalárskej práce je charakterizovať distribučné kanály a analyzovať ich systém v komerčnej banke. V práci predstavujem jednotlivé distribučné kanály a ich vyuţitie v komerčnej banke, konkrétne v Tatra banke a.s. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly.
