The use of renewable energy sources in the South Moravian Region with implementation in geography teaching

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na obnovitelné zdroje energie. V obecném rozsahu je definuje a popisuje jejich pozitiva a negativa. Dále konkrétně rozebírá jednotlivé vybrané energetické zdroje, a to solární, vodní a větrné energie. Text je doplněn i SWOT analýzou ke každému druhu energie, jež přehledně popisuje pozitiva, negativa, ale také příležitosti či hrozby využívání a výstavby těchto typů elektráren. V další části práce je detailně analyzováno několik vybraných elektráren využívající obnovitelné zdroje na Jižní Moravě. Konkrétně se jedná o tři solární, čtyři vodní a tři větrné elektrárny. Ke každé z nich je uveden jejich zjištěný popis, vlastní terénní průzkum s fotografiemi a lokalizace elektrárny. Všechny elektrárny jsou zaznačeny v mapě, která znázorňuje jejich rozmístění na Jižní Moravě. Poslední část práce je věnována implementaci tématu obnovitelných zdrojů do výuky. První část je teoretická a vychází z RVP pro základní vzdělávání, druhá je praktická a přímo navrhuje možnost vedení výukové hodiny na dané téma i se všemi potřebnými podklady.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on renewable energy sources. It defines them in general terms and describes their positives and negatives. Furthermore, it specifically analyses individual selected energy sources, namely solar, water and wind energy. The text is supplemented with SWOT analysis for each type of energy, which describes the positives, negatives, opportunities and threats of the use and construction of these types of power station. In the next part of the thesis, several selected power plants using renewable sources in South Moravia are analysed. Specifically, these are three solar, four hydro and three wind power plants. For each of them, there is a description of them, their own field survey with photos and the location of the power plant. All power plants are marked on the map, which shows their location in South Moravia. The last part of the work is devoted to the implementation of the theme of renewable resources in teaching. The first part is theoretical and based on the Framework Education Programme for elementary education, the second is practical and directly suggests the possibility of conducting a lesson on the given topic with all the necessary documents.
