Audit of the financial statements in an enterprise

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Audit of the financial statements in an enterprise” is to analyze the methods that are defined in the international audit standards and these apply to the selected production company. The second part contains a description and comparison of methods that are defined for auditing by International standards of auditing, and also analyzes all phases of the audit. In the last part there are the lessons learned from the previous sections applied to the selected production company, for which are the final accounts and the audit report prepared.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce „Audit účetní závěrky podniku“ je analyzovat metody, které jsou vymezeny pro audit v mezinárodních standardech a tyto aplikovat na vybranou výrobní společnost. První část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku auditu a vymezení předpisů upravujících audit v ČR. Druhá část obsahuje popis a srovnání metod, které jsou vymezeny pro audit v Mezinárodních auditorských standardech, a zároveň analyzuje všechny fáze auditu. V poslední části jsou pak získané poznatky z předchozích oddílů aplikovány na vybranou výrobní společnost, pro niž je ověřena účetní závěrka a zpracována auditorská zpráva.
