Methods of lease financing

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci na téma Metody leasingového financování se věnuji leasingovému financování v České republice. Teoreticko-metodologická část pojednává o dvou základních druzích leasingu, o právní úpravě leasingové problematiky, o leasingové smlouvě obecně, o typech leasingové smlouvy a o jejích základních náležitostech. V aplikační části se zabývám dvěma vybranými leasingovými společnostmi PSA Finance Česká republika, s.r.o. a Credium, a.s. a dvěma dodavateli City Cars, a.s. a Federál cars, s.r.o. Na příkladech zmíněných firem provádím analýzu procesu leasingové problematiky. Pojednávám o smluvních aspektech mezi leasingovým pronajímatelem a nájemcem, zobrazením leasingu v účetnictví a uvádím typy vozů, které jsou v aktuální nabídce. Prezentuji též leasingové příklady. Účelem práce není popis toho, jak si firmy vzájemně konkurují, ale jde o analýzu fungování leasingového financování v praxi a jeho vývoje ve zmíněných společnostech.

Abstract:

I am attending to the leasing financing in the Czech Republic in this graduation thesis called “Method of leasing financing”. The theoretically-methodological section deals with two basic types of leasing, with legal issues concerning leasing problems, with leasing contract in general terms, with types of leasing contract and with its basic essentials. In the application section, I am concerned with two leasing companies - PSA Finance Czech Republic, Ltd. and Credium AS, and with two car vendors - City Cars AS and Federal cars, Ltd. I have carried out analysis of the leasing issues process on the mentioned companies’ examples. I am discoursing contractual aspects between the lessor and leaseholder, impact of the leasing in an accounting and I am describing the types of vehicles, that are currently offered by leasing companies. I am presenting also some leasing examples. The purpose of this work is not a description how companies compete with each other, but the analysis of the functioning of the leasing financing in the practice and its progress in the above mentioned companies.
