Anotace Předmětem diplomové práce „Motivační program podniku“ je analýza motivačního programu konkrétního podniku a vytvoření návrhu na jeho zlepšení. Teoretická část shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o motivaci a její vliv na výkon zaměstnanců. Koncepty zde uvedené jsou východiskem pro část praktickou.
