Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak je proces mentoringu uplatňován v praktické rovině a zda jsou naplňovány cíle mentoringu Magistrátu hl. města Prahy. Cílem bylo i zjištění, zda a jakým způsobem je možné v praxi zaměstnavatele veřejné správy využívat mentory v procesu výběru zaměstnanců a hodnocení jejich zkušební doby. Teoretická část se pomocí odborné literatury zabývá vzděláváním a rozvojem zaměstnanců, metodami vzdělávání na pracovišti a mimo pracoviště a mentoringem jako metodou vzdělávání dospělých. V praktické části práce popisuji systém vzdělávání na Magistrátu hlavního města Prahy. Pro práci byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to investigate how the mentoring process is implemented in practice and whether the goals of mentoring at the Prague City Hall are being fulfilled. The goal was also to determine if and how public administration employers can practically utilize mentors in the employee selection process and the evaluation of their probationary period. The theoretical part, based on professional literature, addresses employee education and development, methods of workplace and off-the-job training, and mentoring as a method of adult education. In the practical part of the thesis, I describe the education system at the Prague City Hall. A qualitative method was chosen for this study.
