Structure of education of dietitians in Czech hospitals

Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strukturou vzdělání nutričních terapeutů v českých nemocnicích. V teoretické části práce jsou postupně popsány kapitoly o vzdělávacích systémech nutričních terapeutů v České republice a zahraničí. Dále je popsána kapitola o studentských a profesních organizacích a v poslední kapitole je popsána aktuální úroveň vzdělání nutričních terapeutů v České republice. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na poskytnutí a vyhodnocení konkrétních dat o vybrané skupině nutričních terapeutů za pomoci využití žádosti o poskytnutí informací ve smyslu zákona č. 106/1999 Sb.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the structure of dietitian’s education in Czech hospitals. In the theoretical part of the thesis, chapters on the educational systems of dietitians in the Czech Republic and abroad are described. Then the chapter on student and professional organisations is described and the last chapter describes the current level of education of dietitians in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the provision and evaluation of specific data on a selected group of dietitians using a request for information in the sense of Act No. 106/1999 Coll.
