Abstract:
Práce se zabývá zdroji podpory nebo bariér, se kterými se ze svého pohledu setkávají klienti doléčovacích center při adaptaci na běžný život po ukončení léčby. Cílovou skupinou jsou zde tedy klienti doléčovacích center, kteří již absolvovali nějakou z forem dlouhodobé léčby. This bachelor thesis deals with sources of support and barriers with which clients of aftercare centers meet during the adaptation to ordinary life after the termination of treatment.
