Education of pupils with hearing impairments in elementary schools in Ústí nad Labem region

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se budeme zabývat vzděláváním žáků se sluchovým postižením v běžných základních školách. V teoretické části vymezíme pomáhající odborné profese, které poskytují servis sluchově postiženým, zmíníme úlohu SPC, popíšeme klasifikaci sluchových vad a poruch, seznámíme se zákony a vyhláškami, které jsou nezbytné při vzdělávání takových žáků, představíme komunikační prostředky, které jsou uvedeny v Zákoně o komunikačních systémech neslyšících a hluchoslepých osob. V praktické části bude provedena analýza. Zaměříme se především na to, s jak obtížnými sluchovými vadami nebo poruchami bývají vzděláváni tito žáci v běžných základních školách, na modifikaci prostředí žáka ve škole, komunikační prostředky, které jsou využívány. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení naplňování podpůrných opatření na základních školách v Ústeckém kraji s ročním odstupem po zavedení inkluze do škol, využívání alternativních prostředků a modifikace prostředí a dalších atributů specifika ve vzdělávání žáků se SP.

Abstract:

In a bachelor's thesis we will deal with the education of students with hearing impairments in regular elementary schools. In the theoretical part we will categorize supporting profes-sions, which offer services to those with hearing impairments, we will mention the role of SPC, describe the classification of hearing impairments and defects, introduce laws and bills, which are necessary for educating such students, and we will introduce communicative devices, which are mentioned in the Law on communication systems for deaf and deafblind people. In the practical part an analysis will be carried out. We will focus mainly on different levels of impairments of students who are being educated in regular elementary schools, then on modification of students´ environment at schools, and communicative devices, which are being used. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of fulfilling of supporting measures in elementary schools within one year of inclusion being introduced, usage of alternative devices and modification of environment, and other attributes of specifications for education of students with hearing impairments.
