Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat strategii řízení diverzity ve vybrané společnosti. Byly zkoumány hlavní nástroje pro řízení diverzity spolu s testováním jejich efektivity zkoumáním úrovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců zkoumaného vzorku. Abstract:
The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the diversity management strategy in a chosen company. Major diversity management tools were investigated along with testing their efficiency by looking into the employee satisfaction levels of research sample.
