Abstract:

Text následující diplomové práce pojednává téma marxismu ve vztahu k současnému vnímání této myšlenky v nynějším podnikovém a průmyslovém prostředí, a to na základě pojmu „vykořisťování“. Podstatná část práce se soustředí na popis stavu ekonomického vědění a sociální situace pracující třídy a celé společnosti v době, kdy Karel Marx formuloval své teorie. Druhá část práce pojednává o současném vnímání marxismu, odborech a možných podobách „vykořisťování“ v moderní společnosti blízké budoucnosti.

Abstract:

The text of the dissertation as follows, discusses the issue of Marxism with reference to the present perception of this idea in contemporary entrepreneurial and industrial environment, on the basis of the term “exploitation”. A significant part of the thesis focuses on a description of a situation of an economic knowledge and a social situation of the working class and the whole society in the era when Karl Marx shaped his theories. The second part of the thesis discusses present reception of Marxism, trade unions and possible present to future forms of human work “exploitation” in the modern society.
