Escape and Expulsion in Peter Härtlings' Writings
Abstract:
The thesis compares Peter Härtlings' writings, which deal with escape and expulsion of German people after the World War II. The compared writings are novels Zwettl, Nachgetragene Liebe, Eine Frau, Herwand and Leben lernen. The novels are by one author, but they differ in the ways of adaptation. The main aim of the thesis is to interpret the novels and compare them from different points of view.

Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním literárních děl Petera Härtlinga, která se věnují tématu odsunu a vystěhování německého obyvatelstva po 2. světové válce. Jedná se o romány Zwettl, Nachgetragene Liebe, Eine Frau, Herzwand a Leben lernen. Tato díla byla napsána stejným autorem, přesto se ve způsobu zpracování tohoto tématu od sebe liší.
