Abstract:

Lidé pracují lépe a efektivněji, když jejich pracovní prostředí, etické postoje manažera a v neposlední řadě také vybavení pracovního místa je navrženo tak, aby napomáhalo k lepšímu výsledku. Jen když se zaměstnanec bude na svém pracovním místě cítit výborně, obdržíme bezchybný, produktivní nebo kreativní výsledek jeho práce. Firma nefunguje izolovaně od okolního světa, ale je jeho přímou součástí. Hodnocení činnosti firmy jejím okolím a stav tohoto prostředí přímo ovlivňuje komerční úspěšnost firmy, proto by se společnost neměla zaměřovat jen na dosažení zisku, ale měla by fungovat v širším konceptu v oblasti CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

Abstract:

People work better and more efficiently if their work environment, the ethical manager’s attitude and their work place is designed to be conducive to a better outcome. Only if the employee will feel their job well, we could get a flawless, productive and creative result of his work. The company does not work in isolation but it is the direct part of the world. An evaluation of the company's environment and situation of that environment directly affects the commercial success of the company, therefore the company should not be focus on profit, but it should be widespread in the case of concept The Corporate Social Responsibility.
