Svoboda projevu v pojetí Evropského soudu pro lidská práva

The Freedom of Expression in the European Court of Human Rights
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá svobodou projevu v pojetí Evropského soudu pro lidská práva (ESLP). V první části zkoumá součásti výkladové doktríny ESLP - doktrínu autonomních pojmů, evolutivní interpretaci a doktrínu o míře uvážení. V druhé části se pak soustřeďuje na vybrané oblasti judikatury ESLP k článku 10 Evropské úmluvy o lidských právech.
Abstract:
The theme of this work is freedom of expression in the European Court of Human Rights. The first part concentrates on the principal components of the Court's doctrine: the "autonomous concepts", the "evolutive interpretation" and the doctrine of "margin of appreciation".
