Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na studium genetické variability mezi vybranými genotypy zástupců tribu Triticeae. Bylo analyzováno 9 genotypů pšenice a 2 genotypy tritordea pomocí 12 mikrosatelitních markerů. Bylo detekováno 71 alel, jejichž velikost se pohy-bovala od 110 do 260bp. Abstract:
This work is focused on the study of genetic variability of chosen genotypes of tribus Triticeae. 9 genotypes of common wheat and 2 genotypes of tritordeum by 12 microsa-tellite markers were studied. We found 71 alleles whose size ranged from 110 to 260 bp.
