Analysis of sensitivity and uncertainty in environmental distribution models using modern IT
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá boxovými modely, matematickým popisem dějů uvnitř modelů, teorií řešení obyčejných diferenciálních rovnic, možnostmi jejich řešení v různých softwarech a uvádí výsledky testování modelu pro tři různé látky ve třech programovacích jazycích pomocí dostupných metod. Důraz je přitom kladen na stabilitu numerických metod, specifikaci jejich parametrů a rychlost výpočtů.
Abstract:
The thesis is related to box models, to the mathematical description of the processes inside them, the theory of solving ordinary differential equations, solving opportunities in various software and shows the results of model testing for three different chemical compounds. The emphases is on the stability of the numerical methods, specifying their parametres and on the computing efficiency.
