Prebiotics and their utilization in food Industry
Abstract:
Probiotika, prebiotika a jejich pozitivní vliv na lidské zdraví je v současnosti často diskutované téma. Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje současné vědecké poznatky o účincích probiotik a prebiotik na lidský organismus, jejich využití v potravinářském průmyslu a stanovení prebiotických vlastností.
Abstract:
Probiotics, prebiotics and their positive effect on human helth are frequently discussed topics these days. This bachelor thesis summaries current scientific knowledge of effects of probiotics and pebiotics on human organism, their utilisation in food industry and determination properties of prebiotics.
