Development Strategy of Children's Playgrounds in the Town of Klášterec nad Ohří

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením strategie rozvoje dětských hřišť v Klášterci nad Ohří. Důvodem pro vytvoření této strategie je dosud neucelená koncepce, která by řešila výstavbu nových a obnovu stávajících dětských hřišť na území města s ohledem na nové předpisy a normy v daném oboru. Výstavba a obnova dětských hřišť je v každé obci podstatnou součástí strategického rozvoje, neboť podpora rodin s dětmi (a s tím související udržení obyvatelstva) je v současné době prioritou každého menšího města. S vyžitím na dětském hřišti pak souvisí i prevence kriminality mládeže a snížení jiných negativních sociologických jevů (alkoholismus dětí, vandalismus aj.). Cílem této diplomové práce je tedy vytvoření takové strategie rozvoje pro město Klášterec nad Ohří, která by určila vhodné lokality pro nová hřiště a navrhla obnovu starých dětských hřišť v návaznosti mimo jiné na počet dětí v dané lokalitě, jejich věkovou strukturu, dostupnost lokality atp. Pro vytvoření této strategie rozvoje pak bylo nutné zejména provést analýzu podkladů (norem, strategických dokumentů rozvoje města včetně posouzení současného stavu města a stavu dětských hřišť ve městě atp.) a výsledky této analýzy pak aplikovat do praxe a vytvořit tak ucelený seznam vhodných lokalit pro nová dětská hřiště a seznam stávajících hřišť určených k postupné obnově včetně navržení způsobu, jak toho dosáhnout, a zajištění finančního krytí tak, aby byl splněn základní cíl této diplomové práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with developing a strategy for the development of playgrounds in Klášterec nad Ohri. The reason for the development of this strategy is still a very fragmented approach, which would address new construction and rehabilitation of existing playgrounds in the City with regard to new regulations and standards of the fields. Construction and renovation of playgrounds in every village is a substantial part of the strategic development plan, (with support for) supporting families with children (and related maintenance of population) which is currently the priority of every small town. With self-realization in the playground and then linked to the prevention of juvenile delinquency and to reduce other negative sociological phenomena (children alcoholism, vandalism, etc.). The aim of this thesis is the creation of such development strategies for the city of Klasterec which would identify suitable sites for new playgrounds and the proposal for the renewal of existing playgrounds in the following inter alia, the number of children in their locality, their age group, the availability of sites etc. To create this development strategy it will be necessary in particular to analyze documents (standards, development of strategic documents, including an assessment of the current town and of the existing state of children's playgrounds in town, etc..) The results of this analysis will then be put into practice to create a comprehensive list of suitable sites for new playgrounds and a list of existing playgrounds to be gradually renovated and to restore the design, including how to achieve this, and to ensure financial coverage to meet the basic objective of this thesis.
