První kapitola obsahuje judikaturu z politických procesů, ústavní rámec politické represe 50. let a politiku v Československé republice 50. let. Druhá kapitola je o základních předpisech legalizace trestní represe včetně zákona na ochranu lidově demokratické republiky. Ve třetí kapitole je psáno o dvou konkrétních případech. Abstract:
Thesis is about abuse of criminal law in totalitarian Czechoslovakia in 1950s, within the period from February 1948 to the death of Klement Gottwald. First chapter: Historical and constitutional framework of political repression of the 1950s. Second chapter: Fundamental laws of legalization of criminal repression. Third chapter is about priest Josef Toufar and about politician Milada Horáková.
