Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma "Analýza dětské kresby jako nástroj pro diagnostiku a terapii" se zaměřuje na děti hospitalizované na Oddělení větších dětí Masarykovy nemocnice v Ústí nad Labem. Zabývá se dětskou kresbou, která promítá případnou naléhavost v aktuálních potřebách dítěte, které nejsou saturovány díky pobytu v nemocnici a zamýšlí se nad možností, zda by analýza dětské kresby mohla sloužit jako pomocný nástroj pro speciálního pedagoga při jeho působení v nemocnici. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na pojem dětské kresby, jejího vývoje, zákonitostí a symboliky a emoční vývoj dětí mladšího školního věku. V dalších kapitolách jsou popsány specifika pobytu dětí v nemocnici a úloha speciálního pedagoga při vzdělávání hospitalizovaných dětí. Dále je věnována pozornost definici Maslowovy pyramidy potřeb, vymezení daných pojmů a popisu jednotlivých potřeb. Praktická část se skládá z výzkumu kreseb dětí od 6 do 12 let, které byly hospitalizovány s různými diagnózami. Analýza dětských kreseb byla provedena pod dohledem klinického psychologa.

Abstract:

The thesis on "Analysis of children's drawings as a tool for diagnosis and therapy" focuses on children hospitalized at the Department of Larger Children at Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem. It deals with children's drawing, which projects possible urgency in the current shared needs of the child that are not satisfied by the hospital stay and reflects on the the possibility that the analysis of children's drawings could be used by a helpful tool for a special educator in his work in the hospital. In the theoretical part, the main focus is on the concept of children's drawing and its development, laws and symbolism and the emotional development of children of younger school age. In the following chapters the specifics of children's hospital stays and the role of the special educator in education of hospitalised children. Further attention is paid to the definition of Maslow's pyramid of needs, the definition of the concepts and the description of individual needs. The practical part consists of research on drawings of children aged 6 to 12 years who have been hospitalized with different diagnoses and examines their psychological state and the urgency of their current needs. The analysis of these of the children's drawings was carried out under the supervision of a clinical psychologist.
