Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením investic do úspor provozních nákladů v Hotelu Koliba v Litoměřicích. Práce popisuje možnosti využití a ekonomické efektivnosti jednotlivých investic do fotovoltaické elektrárny, hlubinného vrtu pro využívání podzemní pitné vody a využití tepelného čerpadla. This thesis is devoted to the problem of the evaluation of investments into operating cost savings in the Hotel Koliba Litoměřice. The thesis describes different options of the utilization and economic efficiency of individual investments such a photovoltaic power plants, deep borehole for the use of underground drinking water and for the use of a heat pump.
