Contemporary czech poetry in reading workshops for stage two primary and secondary schools

Abstract:

Diplomová práce navrhuje pět básnických dílen, které se zaměřují na současnou českou poezii. Tyto dílny jsou vzhledem ke zvoleným výukovým metodám, formám výuky a vybraným básnickým textům realizovatelné na 2. stupni základních škol, případně též na středních školách. Práce nabízí pestrou škálu aktivit, které lze v lekcích použít. Zvolené metody jsou přímo aplikovány na práci s básnickým textem. Ke každé aktivitě přikládáme metodický komentář, který vysvětluje, jakým způsobem mají být dílny realizovány. Soustředíme se na tyto body: rozvoj čtenářské gramotnosti a čtenářství, kritické myšlení, interpretace textu, tvořivost a kreativita, prožitek ze čteného, komunikace, respekt, reflexe.

Abstract:

The thesis proposes five poetry workshops that focus on contemporary Czech poetry. Considering the chosen teaching methods, forms of teaching and selected texts, these workshops can be applied at the second level of primary schools or at high schools. This thesis offers wide variety of activities that can be used in the lectures. The chosen methods are focused on working with poetic texts. Each activity is accompanied by a methodological commentary that explains how the workshops are to be realized. Thesis primarily focuses on the following points: development of literacy and reading skills, critical thinking, interpretation of the text, creativity, imagination, reading experience, communication, respect and reflection.
