Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku motivace a spokojenosti na pracovišti státní sféry. Práce je strukturovaná na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of motivation and satisfaction in the public sector workplace. The thesis is structured into two parts, namely the theretical and practical part.
