Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu insolvenčního řízení a konkursnímu způsobu řešení úpadku konkrétního podniku v České republice. V úvodu práce je věnován prostor pro popis a vysvětlení základních pojmů, které se v insolvenčním řízení vyskytují, teoretických souvislostí tohoto vybraného tématu. The bachelor´s dissertation deals with the topic of insolvency proceedings and the bankruptcy method of solving the bankruptcy of a particular company in the Czech Republic.
