Comparatin Analysis of Leadrship in the Arts and IT focusing on planning

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu manažerů z kulturního a IT prostředí. Odvětví byla vybrána pro své možnosti propojení v multidisciplinárních spolupracích, které jsou prováděny především v kvartérním sektoru národního hospodářství. Analýza probíhá v rámci plánovacího procesu v projektovém řízení projektů u obou manažerů. Získané informace jsou porovnány a vyhodnoceny podle společných aspektů v problematice řízení a vedení. Práce není pojatá jako výzkum, pouze jako sonda, která by do budoucna mohla pomoci lépe pochopit a definovat práci obou subjektů na společných projektech.

Abstract:

This thesis is an analysis and comparison of managers from the arts and IT. These have been chosen because 1) they have the opportunity to work together on certain multidisciplinary projects, and 2) they both belong to the so-called knowledge sector of the economy. The thesis looks at the planning process of project management in both the arts and IT. The information obtained is then used to compare and evaluate aspects of management and leadership. This thesis contains necessary preliminary research which will enable further research into the particularities of these two fields and enable more effective work on projects involving both.
