V této diplomové práci se zabývám samotným městem Rotava a jeho označením jako vyloučená lokalita, celkovému pohledu na problematiku vyloučených lokalit v ČR a podrobným pohledem na vyloučenou lokalitu ve městě Rotava v Karlovarském kraji. In this diploma thesis, I deal with the city of Rotava itself and its designation as an excluded locality, a general view of the issue of excluded localities in the Czech Republic and a detailed view of the excluded locality in the city of Rotava in the Karlovy Vary region.
