Accounting and financing of non-profitable organizations in the specific conditions of the association DANCE CLUB ASTRA PRAGUE

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na financování, účetní, právní a daňové souvislosti nestátních neziskových organizací v České republice v konkrétních podmínkách spolku TANEČNÍHO KLUBU ASTRA PRAHA. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Nejprve se věnuje charakteristice neziskových organizací, jejich vývoji, členění a právní úpravě. Studie se v první části zabývá také zákonnou úpravou, účetnictvím, financováním a daňovou problematikou jednoho z nejtypičtějších druhů nestátních neziskových organizací - spolků. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky do reálného prostředí v konkrétních podmínkách Tanečního klubu Astra Praha. Na představení spolku navazuje analýza účetních výkazů včetně zpracování daňového přiznání za rok 2014. V závěru studie analyzuje příčiny dosavadního vývoje, odhaduje budoucí finanční situaci spolku a vymezuje patřičná opatření.

Abstract:

This batchelor thesis is focused on financial, accounting, legal and tax implications of the non-governmental, non-profit-making organizations in the Czech Republic in the particular conditions of the association TANEČNÍ KLUB ASTRA PRAHA. This thesis is divided into two parts - the theoretical and the practical one. The first part deals with the non-profit organizations, their development, diversification and legislation. The study in the first part also deals with the legal regulations, accounting, finance and tax issues of one of the most common types of the non-governmental organizations - an association. In the practical part theoretical knowledge is applied in realistic environment under the concrete terms of the Dance Club Astra Prague. The presentation of the association is followed by the analysis of the individual financial statements, including income tax returns for the year 2014. At the end the causes of the past development are analyzed and the future financial situation of the club is estimated, including the definitions of appropriate measures.
